In PLC controlled quartz tube furnaces, in modern inert gas conveyor furnace or in high- frequency melting facility components which are mounted in magazine of graphit at temperatures until 1000 °C in inert gas atmospheres are manufactured to hermetically and pressure stable seals.Preferably turned parts from stainless steel, sintered glass, wires or tubes as components are used. The production range extends from single samples up to large scale manufacturing of 200,000 pieces and more.
