For the simulation of industrial atmosphere, i.e. vapour, air containing sulfuric acid, the Kesternich test is used according to DIN EN ISO 6988 and DIN 50018. Can be determined by a rapid corrosion attack at many metals corrosion resistance, pores as well as weak points lacking by protective layers reliably.
With the laser inscription system ILZ LBS 02, type C (company Ilmenauer laser center GmbH) complex tasks of inscription on probes, glass-metal seals, etc. can be solved. With a diode-pumped Nd:YAG disclaser of the newest generation and a professional software a precise inscription is exactly possible on the millimeter. High jet quality and high achievement provide for brilliant inscriptions and high productivity. Additionally are integrated a mobile sucking off and filtering unit as well as an air cooling.
With the roughness measuring instrument WRT-160 (company Wolpert, Europe) the roughness of most diverse surface textures can be measured and be quantitatively seized and spent by the expenditure nearly all roughness parameter. The equipment has beside the drive unit also an amplifier unit. An integrated thermal printer makes among other things a fast comparison possible of several measurements. By the selection of different standards (DIN/ISO/JIS/ASME) measurements are accordingly these standards possible.
With the help of the high-pressure testing equipment the determination of the static pressure-load of glass- and ceramic-feed throughs is possible. The testing goes up to 4000 bar under a temperature-load up to 400 °C. In two seperated pressure-pipes (lower pressure until 1000 bar and high-pressure until 4000 bar) pressure tests with and without temperature are possible. Special adapters are necessary for the testing of customer-specific designs.
A special galvanisation unit for the galvanic separation of gold and nickel layers for highest requirements is used for full gold plating or partial coating of function surfaces and connecting leads. The necessary layer characteristics, like bondability, solderability, good electrical conductivity and heat conductivity are guaranteed by the assigned fine gold electrolyte (99.9 % Au). By racks, over contacting up to the galvanic coating (drum, rack) the work can be accomplished in the company.

Our company is one of the founder members of ELMUG e.G. which was established from an industry cluster to an association. ELMUG was founded in february 2009 with the goal of a better cooperation of the members as well as the securing of the market success of each company.
